Our Brighton Hotel is located near the centre of Brighton, ideally situated at the heart of the cosmopolitan and picturesque City of Brighton & Hove and a very short four minute walk to the seafront, sea and beach.

Brighton Marina House Hotel accommodation offers a collection of exquisitely appointed, Boutique Style Guest House Hotel bedrooms - many with four-poster beds - and in the morning dive in to a wonderfully prepared breakfast to suite your taste including English style fry-ups, Continental, Vegan and Vegetarian.

Situated close to the Brighton conference centre and other hotels that normally hold conferences like Grand, Metropole and some others.

As a thank you for booking our rooms, Brighton Marina House Hotel offers on arrival some compliments mints, sweets, chocolates and toiletries, tea/coffee, and fresh cut flowers in your room. Free bottled water is also available – please ask.

All b&b rooms have flat panel TVs with freeview and some with DVD player, hairdryer, wonderful complimentary toiletries, a hospitality tray, a mini fridge in some rooms.

Themed Hotel Rooms

Brighton Marina House Hotel's themed bedrooms are all decorated to the highest of standards using luxurious fabrics, original paintings, wonderful ornate mirrors, solid wood beds, quality mattresses and fine furniture.


Our residents can be sure of a pleasurable stay whilst sleeping between fine, crisp white cotton bed linen and with the convenience of TV, hair dryer, tea & coffee making facilities, Internet access and most rooms have en-suite bathrooms.

The double French Style 4-poster room with en-suite facility.
There are matching deep red coloured curtains with green swags on the bed and the window. The dark woodwork gives the room a romantic look and is often the first choice for many guests. It is a medium size room on the 3rd floor (sorry no lift) at the back and the tariff is from £99 per night B&B for two persons.

The double Swedish Style room with en-suite facility.
This room has a distinctive look and feel to it, as it contains lovely old paintings and mirrors. The dark blue and gold fabrics compliment the light wood work on the wall and the bed and cabinets are from Rajasthan. This is a medium size room on the 1st floor and the tariff is from £99 per night B&B for two persons.

The double Moroccan Style room with en-suite facility. It contains a beautifully old and ornate dark Mahogany bed. This room also contains dark wooden furniture and deep rich coloured fabrics. You can feel the Moroccan look immediately and it contains traditional wall coverings. It is a medium size room on the 2nd floor at the back and the tariff is from £99 per night B&B for two persons.

The double 4-poster room with en-suite facility.
This room has a 5 foot bed with matching Burgundy and Ivory curtains on the bed and windows. This makes the room look very special and romantic. You can see and hear the sea from inside the room as we are just off the sea front with a 3 minutes walk to the beach. This room is on the 3rd floor (sorry no lift) and is of average size. The tariff is £109 per night B&B for two persons.

The double Tudor Style 4-poster room with en-suite facility.
This room is on the Second floor. This room has a slightly taller hand made Victorian style bed. It contains rusty colourd swags and tails on the bed and the window. You can see and hear the sea from inside the room as we are just off the sea front with a 3 minutes walk to the beach. This room is on the 2nd floor (sorry no lift) and is average size. The tariff is from £109 per night B&B for two persons.

The double Tudor Style 4-poster room with balcony and en-suite facility. This room is on the First floor. It has beautiful designed swag curtains on the bed and the window with a leopard print quilt cover. This room also has a taller hand made Victorian style mahogany bed. You can see and hear the sea from inside the room as we are just off the sea front with a 3 minutes walk to the beach. It is an average size room with tariff from £109 per night B&B for two persons.

Our family rooms mostly contain a double hand made four poster bed and also a single bed with en-suite. The rooms are furnished in deep Mahogany or Pine, which blends well with the rich colours of the decor. The rooms are at the front of the premises and the tariff is from £109 per night B&B for 3 persons.

Our budget rooms without en-suite facility. These room are normally single rooms but we can convert this into a DOUBLE or TWIN AT YOU REQUEST. (As a DOUBLE we join two beds together and offer you a five foot wide bed and as a TWIN we place another in the room).The tariff from £55 per night B&B for two persons.

Our single rooms are without en-suite facility.
The room do have TV, hair dryer, tea and coffee making facilities and are situated on each of the floors. Rooms are tastefully furnished for the single traveler in mind and have lovely pelmets, matching head boards and quilt covers to give the room a wonderful look. Hot and cold water is available in the rooms with (private facilities) showers and toilets placed on the landings FOR YOUR USE. The tariff is from £29 per night B&B.

MAY – Brighton & Hove’s BIG Festival Month

7 to 29 May - Brighton Festival
Brighton Festival continues its sensational programme of theatre, dance, music, books & debate, and family shows as well as outdoor spectacles kick-started by the now famous Children’s Parade which winds its way around the city on its opening Saturday.www.brightonfestival.org

7 to 30 May - Brighton Fringe

12 to 14 May - The Great Escape music festival

JUNE

2 & 3 July (Date TBC) - Paddle Round the Pier

9 &10 July (Date TBC) - Kite Festival – Stanmer Park

21 Dec - Burning the Clocks “Winter Solstice Parade”
